What Kasia is usually asked to do
Turning the house round to face what it has. That usually means opening the rear, moving the kitchen to the light, and in the bungalows looking hard at loft space that has never been touched.
Worth knowing
Salt air is a specification issue, not a decorating one. Ironmongery, external finishes and window furniture all have to be chosen for a coastal site or they start failing within a couple of winters.

The first step is a free 30-minute call. After that Kasia comes to the house, because the house is the brief. You get a full 3D design before anything is ordered, and one person managing every trade from then until you get the keys back.
