Cookie Policy
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. This page says which ones this site uses and what each is for.
What this site uses
Strictly necessary
A small number of cookies are needed for the site to work at all, including one that remembers whether you have already dismissed the notice at the bottom of the page, and one that keeps you signed in if you are an administrator. These cannot be turned off and they do not track you.
Analytics
We use analytics to see which pages people find useful and where they give up. The data is aggregated and does not identify you. Under the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 this kind of low-risk analytics does not need your consent, provided you are told about it and can opt out, which is what the notice at the bottom of the page is for.
If you opt out, a small preference is stored in your browser so we know not to count you, and no analytics run on your visit.
What this site does not use
No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no data sold to third parties and no fingerprinting.
Third-party content
Where the site links out to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp or Google, those services set their own cookies once you are on them, and their own policies apply.
Turning cookies off yourself
Every browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings. Blocking everything will break parts of most websites, including this one.
