What happens on the call

Half an hour, on the phone, free. You tell me about the house and what is bothering you about it. I ask a lot of questions about how you actually use it. By the end you will have a realistic sense of what is possible and roughly what it costs.

There is no pitch

If it is not a fit, I will say so on the call rather than send you a proposal. Nobody benefits from a project that was wrong from the start.
